100% Stone Milled & Wholemeal Italian Ancient Grains

100% wholemeal-stone milled italian khorasan (Triticum Turanicum) Semolina. The origins of this ancient grain (with a genetic code of 28 chromosomes), the unique nutritious properties of which are now well-known, go back to the age of the ancient Egypt and of the Fertile Crescent.
In order to preserve its nutritional values, our pasta is manufactured avoiding any kind of mixture with different flours or cereals, that would contaminate its original nature, spoiling its uniqueness and making it more similar in the shape and in the quality to the common wheats.
The bronze moulding (with 100% bronze moulds) and the slow low-temperature drying process allow the semolina to give its best, without affecting the composition and the nutritional properties.
The intense savour of the wholesome Khorasan wheat perfectly matches with strong sauces and toppings, or vegetables.
Classic shape suitable for all kinds of toppings.
Organic product.
