The Atlantic Dulse Seaweed (Palmaria palmata), is an organic and wild red seaweed that grows in clumps along the rocky shores where the waters are stirred. These algae are small, tall from 15 to 30 cm with flat and smooth leaves that open up like the fingers of a hand.

IN COOKING
It is a soft seaweed with a peculiar “spicy” smell, unique in its kind. It is used to prepare soups or sauces, after 10 minutes of soaking and a quick cooking. It matches with onions and dishes made with oats, quinoa and in general with any cooked cereal.
